TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At Challenge Engineering, we stand behind the parts we make. That's why we offer a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee for selected parts. If a Challenge Engineering customer is dissatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 7 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the parts and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated delivery cost, and any handling fees subject to the terms and conditions listed below:

 

  1. The parts can only be returned if it can be found that they were not made as per documented customer provided specifications.
     

  2. No refunds will be issued in circumstances where the customer’s needs have changed or the parts are no longer required, only for the above reason.
     

  3. Please note this 7-day money back guarantee does not apply to items that were originally picked up by the customer. Deliveries organised by the customer via third party couriers or others are considered as a pick-up also. Items that are damaged will not be considered for a refund.
     

  4. To organise a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must notify Challenge Engineering via email within 7 days of taking delivery of their parts and request a refund under these terms and conditions. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the parts.
     

  5. The customer must comply with the directions of Challenge Engineering staff to facilitate a refund.
     

  6. Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the purchase price excluding the delivery cost and any handling fees as specified in the customer's order.
     

  7. The 7 Day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of their parts. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the parts.
     

  8. The parts must be returned within 7 days of approval of their return.
     

  9. Returned parts must be packed as per original packing. 
     

  10. Customers must return the parts for which they are seeking a refund at their own cost
     

  11. After receiving the returned parts, Challenge Engineering will inspect the return package and if there are no issues, then a refund will be issued (generally, within 3-5 business days) and the customer will be provided with an email acknowledgement.
     

  12. Where possible, refunds will be processed by reversing the initial customer transaction. Challenge Engineering accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund because of any third-party payment gateway.
     

  13. Challenge Engineering reserves the right to make changes to these 7-Day Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions without notice.
